RMSS MEMBERSHIP
     

     We have certainly come a long way since July of 1995. The Residential Management Support System, Inc. (RMSS) was established to create a network of support to develop better quality living in our communities through the efforts of on-site Apartment Managers, Property Owners and Property Management Companies. We provide Monthly Seminar Trainings addressing such issues as Crime, Gang and Drug prevention, Landlord / Tenant issues, Fair Housing Laws, Legal Updates, Judicial Information, Law Enforcement Programs, City and State Leadership Information and more. 

     This year continues to be a year of growth & unity for RMSS.  As before, we will continue to combine efforts with City, County & State programs to help people utilize the services within the community.  To accomplish this, we all need to pull together in order to change the image of El Cajon permanently. RMSS is your organization. Your input & continued support is vital to the community. The results of this effort will be increased profits for Owners & an improved working environment for Managers.

Law Enforcement & City Council Members can't do it alone. They need our cooperation, hard work, commitment & dedication to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It takes Managers, Owners & Management Companies pulling together as a team to make this community a desirable, better & safer place to live.
